1. User Eligibility 

You must be 18 years or older to use this website and place an order. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Product Details and Availability

    • Arosha Organics offers edible oil organic and natural products.

    • As our products are made using natural processes, variations in color, taste, aroma, or texture may occur.

    • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.


3. Order and Payment

    • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

    • Payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways. We do not store card or payment details.

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

    • Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days.

    • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners and may vary due to external factors.

    • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the edible and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we provide support in the following cases:

(a) Damaged Product

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery via email at aroshaorganics@gmail.com

    • Order ID, clear product images, outer box images, and an unboxing video are required.

    • Approved cases will receive a replacement only.

(b) Missing Product

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide order details, package images, and unboxing video.

    • Missing products will be re-shipped after verification.

(c) Quality Concerns

    • Report within 48 hours with batch details and product images/videos.

    • As natural products may vary, refunds are not guaranteed, but concerns will be fairly reviewed.

  • Customer support emails are usually responded to within 24–48 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

    • Arosha Organics shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Shipping and Delivery


Free Shipping 

Free shipping may be offered on selected location pin codes and products or during specific promotional offers. Eligibility for free shipping will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Shipping Information

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code, email ID, and active contact number. Please verify all details before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock

Items that are temporarily out of stock may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India): Delivery generally takes 7–21 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the location

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or logistical issues.

Delivery Partners 

•Our logistics partners operate between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Order Delays

In the event of an unexpected delay, our team will notify you through email or phone. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Important Notes

  • Arosha Organics is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or modified

Return and Refund


At Arosha Organics, all products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the edible and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. However, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns fairly under the following conditions.

1.⁠ Damaged Product on Arrival

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email.

  • Share the order ID, invoice copy, clear photos of the outer packaging, images of the damaged item, and an unboxing video.

  • For orders containing multiple items, only the affected product will be considered.

  • After verification, an approved replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

  • Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

2.⁠ ⁠Missing Product in order

 If any item is missing from your delivered package:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide your order number, invoice image, outer box photo, images of the opened package, and an unboxing video clearly showing received items.

  • Refunds are not applicable; verified missing items will be re-shipped.

  • Response time is 24–48 hours.

3.⁠ ⁠Spoiled or Defective Product

If you believe the product is spoiled or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order ID, batch/manufacturing or packaging date, and clear images or video evidence.

  • Since our products are natural and minimally processed, minor variations in color, taste, texture, or aroma are not considered defects.

  • If spoilage is confirmed after internal review, a suitable replacement will be arranged.

  • You will receive a response within 24–48 hours.

4.⁠ ⁠Important Notes

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible unless spoilage is proven.

  • Arosha Organics reserves the right to approve or reject claims after verification.
