Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Arosha Organics, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature of organic and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• The wrong product is delivered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.

No refunds will be issued for incorrect address provided by the customer or delays caused by courier partners.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship orders across India.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Arosha Organics is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, courier issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
